Our PCM, yesterday, consisted of the safety tip and we all need to be at work tomorrow for a special awards presentation. I wondered who was getting escorted off the property. LOL

I go over safety, wellness, events of the day, (depending on day of the week) goals for the week, results from previous week, reconigntion, days events, 8keys 5keys, a joke or two and finally
We all have some one that loves us, lets all go home safe

Pretty much everything that has been covered on this forum the past week or so. This is a perfect time for sales leads.

The gem of this week's PCMs was the "Don't swim alone" Wellness Tip. I'm debating whether I should call my On Car Supervisor the next time I go swimming and ask him if he will be my Swim Buddy.

uh let's see, we stretch during our pcm, which i like because i don't feel right unless i've gotten my legs loosened up. and right now we're at 156 days w/o a dart injury. other than that it's the same old stuff you'd hear at a pcm..ours usually last...10-15 minutes insane isn't it?
