You are interpreting what I'm saying the wrong way. I'm not going after Obama here. But right now the Republican leadership is threatening a lawsuit against Obama because he has gone beyond Constitutional limitations on the Presidency. Think not? The Supreme Court just voted 9-0 against Obama's recess appointments because it's not his right to say that the Senate is in recess. Only the Senate leadership has that right and even the liberal justices voted against him. He has changed certain aspects of Obamacare to suit his purposes but only Congress has the right to amend laws. He can only sign into law or veto it. This is what the lawsuit is about. Think Obama is just going to take it lying down? If he has a major Republican donor over a barrel he may use that as leverage in a back room deal. Sorry, but I've been following politics for a long time and what they want the public to see and what goes on behind closed doors are two very different things. No conspiracies, it's just, as Chris Matthews would say, hardball. They have the right to go after FedEx for the $1.6 Billion but if they settle for considerably less it will be contingent on agreements worked out in private. It certainly isn't about the Obama administration's concerns over FedEx enabling drug dealers. Think drug dealers haven't been using FedEx and UPS forever, not just the years you've mentioned? What steps has UPS taken to prevent such use after paying that fine? Did it go away after paying the $40 million? If FedEx starts requiring every pkg to be examined before acceptance think we could continue as an overnight service?
