And as I recall the Chief Justice voted for keeping Obamacare so there goes your theory about the Right Wing of the Court. And once and for all Anita Hill was brought forth by the Left to ambush Thomas to keep the Court from reversing Roe vs. Wade. Again, smears, lies, and no videotape. See a pattern?

The ABA would have rated almost any appointee "qualified". Anita Hill wasn't the only accuser. Barack Obama was a US Senator and had been a professor of Constitutional Law, in addition to being head of the Harvard Law Review. Roberts was backed into a corner and voted the only way he could to keep "his" court from going down in history as a joke. I love how the Right is still fixated on the BJ Clinton got while in office from a willing participant, while they ignore the other women who accused Thomas.

Keep trying on Roe vs. Wade, OK? Too bad the vast majority of Americans favor keeping the law. I guess it needs to be changed so the Tea Party crazies will have achieved "victory". See a pattern?
