Looks like the old FEMA Federal Regions first proposed in the REX 84 plan during the Reagan years. Guess it's true that all things always come back into fashion!



Or Obama (doing the Reagan thing) isn't the socialist some love to say he is. Or if Obama is following Reagan does this mean Reagan was a socialist after all?
