national complaint line

    UPS won't give out the national complaint in Atlanta line AND if you find it on your own it's not toll-free.
    Any thoughts?

    Arent they called "concerns"? At our center, we dont get any complaints, just "concerns".

    I'm sorry but "service providers" is just too much of a goofy-assed name ... it will always be a "driver" to me.
    Of course, I still answer the phone "United Parcel Service" too.

    Oh, I agree, I just call 'em like I hear 'em. I also liked personnel better than human resources.

    Actually I call myself a Teamster...That way it's a kiss up incase I need them ;) :peaceful:

    I'm not a driver but I know a lot of them they work harder then any Supervisor ever did. The problem with most supervisors is they think they are always right even when they arn't.
