Need help with the Mapp process

I applied for a management position and it has been almost a month and the status still says "pending on the initial assessment." Does it usually take that long or this implied that I am not being consider?

So, talk to them about it. If you are too timid to ask someone about the status of your potential career, then you need not apply to management.

Then check your 'hierarchy' within TMS. You probably don't have anyone set up....or it's old information. Fix that and then call the HRSC and have them re-submit it to your proper supervisor. Their number is right there at the top of the page in TMS in the MAPP process section. Handle your frickin business, dude.
