Never Recieved UPS Overnight Saturday Package

Would someone please tell me why I never recieved my package



I would appricate your help and if there is anybody that I can contact.


It just vanished from the Fresno Airport Facility.

Have you tried calling 800 PICK UPS?

If they are unable to locate the package, ask if they can start a tracer.

Just fell off the face of the earth.

Sometimes address labels get ripped off, sometimes there are dishonest employees. Damaged to the point of sending it back to the shipper without making a delivery attempt.

I am sorry that you never recieved the pkg. Call the 800 number and file a claim.

I filed a claim for this package and they said they are going to look for it.

What do they mean by that?

Saturday NDA volume is usually less than during the week (other than holidays) so I am quite surprised that your pkg was misplaced. Usually when this happpens it is delivered on Monday and the shipping charges are normally refunded. I would go the center with your paperwork to see if any progress has been made on finding your pkg.
