New Contract- Pay Progression

Discussion in 'UPS Discussions' started by DH7, Aug 31, 2015.

  1. Since there's a 1% chance I drive before the new contract comes out, do you guys think pay progression will be longer or even possibly shorter with the new 2018 contract.

  2. Won't be any shorter.

Mostly because of the huge turnover. Hard to get someone interested in the Union when you are making minimum wage and no benefits.

    UPS way

  17. Part time wage have went backwards, even with the last wage increase. Full time wages have went up substantially.

Even if he is a ass he's probably right, and that's what's scary.

    Only if we accept it.

The give backs have to stop eventually. It was 2.5 years when I started. We are gonna double that in just a couple contracts? All while profits double?
