Ok, now I'm confused again. Seasonal, by definition, is not permanent. Are you seasonal or permanent? Or are you saying that it's SUPPOSED to be seasonal, but they've turned it into a permanent position through abuse?

How many hours a day are you guaranteed? Any? If you're part time and work half a day on the road, why do you go in to work your part time shift?

If they tell our swing drivers to come in, they're guaranteed 8 hours pay. I assume you don't have that? Or is that why you work a part time shift inside too? But if you're guaranteed 8, how are you classified as part time?

Maybe I just can't grasp this because it's late... I'm going to bed and I'll try and figure it out tomorrow...

Change is hard for some people but eventually everyone will be on the lunch software! Your choice take your lunch between the start of 3rd and end of 5th hour and 30min or 60 min lunch.
