New HIV strain

I heard this story on the radio last night, and it made me wonder....

How does one catch HIV from a gorilla? I know it sounds like I'm kidding around, but I'm not. HIV comes from primates, correct?
This woman claims she's had no contact with apes, but that's not something you'd brag about anyhow...

I kept thinking about that other woman who owned that ape that attacked her friend. She DID mention sleeping with the ape.

Honest to God, Over, I had the same trend of thought. I was thinking...."oh no she was **** the gorilla again!" Of course I didn't say it aloud, but now I have, so it's hell for me. Oh well.....

They eat gorillas in Africa, they call it "bush meat". If I had to guess I would say that even if she herself had no contact, she probably came into contact with someone who been infected from the blood of a gorilla that he/she was butchering.
