You don't lose the same street/same building buttons. I have them and use them when I need to. They just don't populate from the list to the button.

I'm not sure exactly what you are saying but I think it's greyed out and untouchable for me iirc.

I have found that if you select an address from your list (say 200 Main Street) and open it up like you were about to scan a package, then hit BACK once to get back to the list then you should be able to select DELIVER PACKAGE and then you should be able to hit same street/same bldg.

I do it that way a lot to avoid typing in long street names. I just find another stop that is on the same street and select it before hitting the deliver package button.

Sometimes if I'm just not feeling it that day I'll type in like 200 MS (200 Main Street) and deliver. Haha I can be a lazy sometimes.
