It is automatic. It just showed up on one of my posts and I did not choose it.

Correct you are.......there is an avatar list to chose from or you can download your own if you go to your Profile Settings.

An "Avatar" is the name for the picture under your name when you post. To change the white Lego looking figure holding the brown box, click on "Settings", located at the top right corner of this page between "My Profile" and "Log Out". This takes you to a page where you look in the third box on the left side that is labeled "My Settings". Click on 'Edit Avatars", this give you three options. You can download a picture from your computer, copy a picture from the internet, or pick out one from the hundreds of "Predefined Miscellaneous". There are several lists there, you can pick one out and save it.
