One of the stalls in the mens bathroom right outside the LP offices hasn't had a latch on it for weeks. Perhaps it's because of special investigations.

The other day at about 5 minutes PT Sup came in the restroom and told me from the other side of the stall that I needed to be working and couldn't be in the restroom that long. Around about 10 minutes he sent a FT Sup in after me. I held myself for the rest of the night and it was pretty uncomfortable to even speak to him. It is just rude. Anyone ever had this happen?

OSHA and the DOL may want to hear about your bathroom issue.

Wasn't extended. I take at least 15 minutes to give digestive birth. I had not had my break yet so it was on the clock. Not just the union but state labor laws are pretty specific about restroom use where im from. I work a non-union job as well and never get half the crap(no pun intended) there that I get from Sups at UPS.

Taking a dump on the clock and not on your break is an important part of working at UPS. Gotta time the poop for about 20 minutes after start time so you don't accidentally have to poop during your first break, lunch or your second and if the company forces you third break.

Of course. My gastroenterologist says for a proper bowel movement anything less than 10 minutes is unhealthy and 15 is ideal. My copays are low so I like to see my specialists at least once a year.

You misunderstood your doctor. I am sure he said for someone with a head as big as yours it'd take 10 mins to get it out of your arse and it would be ideal if you weren't such a big . If you want to work then work. If not get out of the way and let someone else have your job. We are grownups here doing grownup work, if you want to play games go back to the sandbox!
