Customers used to be able to set their clocks by us. That's service.
If you were a business owner and we delivered 20-30 packages at 4pm and said ok now what do you have for me to pick up would you be OK with that?

Going back a second time. That's service. Delivering all my business stops in the Am. That's service.

Just last week orion had me deliver 21 residential stops before I made my first NDA delivery. Did I follow it? No. I chose to make service on my NDA first.

Most businesses prefer their deliveries in the morning so they can turn around and send some of the stuff back out that afternoon. It's called just in time inventory.

Because the businesses like their deliveries earlier in the day, so they can be processed the same day as received, and not the next day?

I finally decided to change my avatar after so many years of rocking the Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas avatar. It was easy to chose and is very appropriate for the current state of the company we all work for. I don't know if this new avatar is permanent. I might keep it for a while and I might not.
