One half of that dynamic duo is MIA for reasons not important to the discussion.

I briefly perused the article--the intent of this legislation is to put in to writing what most forum moderators already do--delete and/or moderate posts of an inflammatory nature or those which are posted simply to attack another member. Cheryl has nicknamed this "The Upstate Rule".:wink2:

If it even passes, no way the Supreme Court doesn't strike it down. Like the article says the protection of free speech doesn't specify anonymous free speech, pretty sure it already covers it. Say I was legally protesting wearing a hockey mask, saying things people didn't want to hear. That would be covered.

Though who knows in this day and age. The Westboro Baptist Church gets protection out its anus, but if I politely question a cop, I might get hauled off to the pokey.
