This is where Fred invests his money in order to keep Express employees non-union. This should be required reading for every employee, especially the Kool-Aid drinkers. Thanks for an excellent link.
Notice that they mention the cozy relationship with Congress and the executive jet fleet at their disposal. $20 million in round numbers. How much has that spending saved Fred in wages and benefits he didn't have to pay you? Hundreds of millions, perhaps even a few billion over the years.
