hi everyone, been working on a mechanic position at ups here in north Carolina for about 6-8 months now. Finally got hired will be submitting 2 weeks notice to my current employer today. Just looking for any tips or advice of what to or not to do. They have hired 2 or 3 mechanics before me for this position that's why it has taken 8 months for them to call me back just hoping that i do not make the same mistakes as them to get fired..
