Hopefully you will see it when you retire! Got to get your pension back into the green before they do something like decrease your monthly benefit.

Nope rather have my pension and my raise.

Let's do the math. Assuming a $1/hr raise for each year of the contract, $10K will have been diverted to my pension ($1/hr * 2000 hrs * 5 years). My projected pension is $5K/month. I will recoup the $10K in the first two months of my retirement.

I would rather have a secure pension in 7 years than a few dollars now.

I couldn't open that attachment ......but it couldn't be for me since I'm on ignore.

You remind me of the guy who gets his very first paycheck....suppose to get $300 a week and his check is for $199.00. Can you see the total disappointment on his face because it isn't what he expected? 7 years is a long time and :censored2: happens.
