No Beneficiary Allowed For Class A UPS Stock

I just got off the phone with Computershare in reference to beneficiary information for class A UPS stock. I was told they do not permit a beneficiary for class A stock. It must be converted to class B to have a beneficiary. Has anyone questioned why we cannot have a beneficiary for our class A accounts.

So what happens to the stock if you pass? Does the company simply absorb that stock and keep the dividends and value?

Well If class A shareholders dies, I guess the shares go back to UPS cause inorder to buy shares you need to agree to plans of the agreement. Does anyone even know what the fine print of the plan are. No wonder why a few months ago, Hoax said he sold all UPS shares.
