@snarts :No holiday pay for the first year for part-timers. The union officials responsible for that (and other concessions for part-timers) are up for re-election this fall. I hope you will take that into consideration when you get your ballot, and urge you to make sure your co-workers do the same.

If you do tell them I would recommend telling your center manager. Chances are he's too lazy to do all the paperwork or make the phone call to correct the problem and will just let it slide. Make sure you have a witness when you tell him.
