I've been doing it I've had to fight tooth and nail for everything...if you ALLOW them to they will take advantage....and the union only KNOWS the issues if YOU bring them to them formally or informally....it is your responsibility to assert your rights in the contract, but first you must read it (grasshopper)...................</p></blockquote><p></p>
