Noncompliance Pickup Compliance

i am 100% every week.its their gas and my overtime i usually wind up running about 20 extra miles per day just so their numbers are good

I saw a PC tonight doing a pickup (I think... looked like he was loading) at 7:45 about twenty miles from the center.

Tell the boss if he keeps you between 8.5 and 9.5 hours you will comply. Anything higher than it's his fault. Don't ask for consistency when you can't provide any.

I agree.How can a driver be consistent with pickups when you're blown out of the water with ######### dispatches every other day?
