Morale is so bad right now based on that last SFA, they will be forced to up it from the usual 0 to 2%.

My manager was shocked that for the question "get paid fairly" it was only 12% for my workgroup. Duh! Most of the workgroup will never see top out. What do you think they would say?

There is no such thing as top out. If there was, 'topped out' couriers wouldn't get raises.
When was the last time they gave 5% to everyone?
I could care less what EVERYONE gets. I got 5% when they did that stupid tiered thing.

No, I just don't care if YOU get a raise or how much. If you don't make enough, get a 2nd job or get another job. Even my manager has a 2nd job, and that job pays less than a new-hire makes.
