My station's area is expecting two feet of snow by late Monday into Tuesday. For a late-starting winter, this year looks rough.

I know he would if he was still the SM. But he left last month to take a really high paying job at a pharmaceutical company. At the moment, we ain't got no stinkin, SM.

Well, I guess he's smarter than I thought. Heard the DM left for a high paying job in California.

It makes sense to me to spend a few years gaining expertise in logistics, then move to where the money is.

I'll be surprised if all ops aren't shut down tomorrow.

If the managers don't show up they'll be fired. This is a work day , as it is for you.

We have so many experts in logistics yet we get freight on time maybe once a month?

I think the reason we can't get the freight on time anymore is because the ramps can't keep people to process the freight. Too much turnover.

I can't complain we had a week of late Frieght in January but most weeks it's been on time. Now I can't speak for tomorrow since the northeast is getting a nice coating of ice and those trucks love to be late in bad weather

not that we love being late, it's just we prefer being late to being jack-knifed in a ditch.....then your freight is really late.
