Yes. How do you suggest I go about it?Do you want change?
Not true!
If you found a way that will definitely work will you go for it?!

I want local management to have greater decision choices on safety related issues. Some cubicle knucklehead in Atlanta doesn't know the safety of my building better than sort sups and ORS. On top of that, what may work in one building doesn't mean it works in another. What do you want to see happen in the area of employee safety and care?
Yes a common senseI want local management to have greater decision choices on safety related issues. Some cubicle knucklehead in Atlanta doesn't know the safety of my building better than sort sups and ORS. On top of that, what may work in one building doesn't mean it works in another.
And the sort sups and ORS don't know the safety of the building any more than most hourlies, though I knew you'd pose your post that way. It's funny how little most of our supervisors know, especially the highly rotated ones. I would say PE, locally in bulding, knows the ins and outs of actual "safety" more than most.I want local management to have greater decision choices on safety related issues. Would I get less stops if so yesI assume them means the company.
This may be true but even so do you want change, do you really want change.
If you found some way that would work would you go for it!?
Wasn't that suppose to happen 8 years ago?Do you want change?
What thread are you talking about?Talking about lightening up workloads?
There is a new thread about how many injuries there are, and that is way too many, probably because they are rushing, or heat related.
Hours worked is your main concern?Would I get less stops if so yes
If not DGAF!!!
The desire for change comes from within. How was this change decided? By the people who actually do the job, or by people who think they know the job?

The desire for change comes from within.
First off, what is it that you want to change?Yes. How do you suggest I go about it?

The sort sups seem to know the safety procedures that the are not enforcing. And the sort sups and ORS don't know the safety of the building any more than most hourlies, though I knew you'd pose your post that way. Does that effect how I would go about changing it?First off, what is it that you want to change?
Workload is your issue?Would I get less stops if so yes
