    You shouldn't.

  3. Vacation time you will lose. Also no pension credits.

You lose your health care after 52 weeks. Pension contributions are only paid for four weeks.

Here you lose your healthcare coverage 1 year after you have been completely off work from your injury. Two years and they stop paying comp. You will also lose vacation time for the next year do to not getting 156 reports.

They should pay your HC as long as you are on WC.

I agree, but you will get that letter from C.S. about 2 weeks after that year is up saying UPS has not contributed to your benefits, you are entitled to COBRA here's how much it cost's. Believe me I know I have gotten one of those letters.

Depends on your state worker's compensation laws and union local riders.
In Wisconsin we get one year Health & Welfare contributions.
We also get vacation credits, so no weeks vacation are lost.

This is so very stupid. Different answers for different areas of the country.

The place to get your question answered is your local union shop. Call the H&W # on your benefits/insurance card.
