One Insurance Health Care Plan with a two tier system

I attended a meeting last night and found out that the so called "endorsements"only apply to the union members that belonged to the UPS plan. The Current members will "Not" receive any improvements.Not sure what to make out of this. It looks like the current CS members are taking a back seat just to appease a majority of the members in the UPS plan. It just doesnt't seem right that members in the same plan will receive different benefits.I say no just on the principle of it!

Come to think of it, if this move is so great for the UPS plan members, it should be good enough for the people in the IBT!

We how have been in the CS plan have become use to getting screwed.. Lower pension payments and now no parity with this insurance ?

The "enhancements" are minimal but I do agree that they should be extended to all CS members.
