Regardless what the calendar shows, the contract DOES have it as paid holiday!

Contract also states that the day after Thanksgiving is a holiday too. That did not keep UPS from making us work. Contract means nothing any more. UPS does what it wants to.

Let's really get down and dirty and start talking about peak season helpers and casual drivers that want to walk on with a driving job at ups after Christmas .....might as go full steam with this... It's too bad that we didn't at least get a few days past Christmas before all of this nonsense started popping up again
Yeah - let's talk about all the o/s o/w fitness equipment we'll get to deliver in January after everyone resolves not to be such lard asses!

Someone mentioned on here the Monday following Christmas is not marked as a holiday on the new ups 2016 calendar, I didn't have a chance to verify this.
It's not a holiday. It's when Christmas Day is observed. But if you want to work, I don't think anyone will mind!
