How long should an option week take to cash out? I've asked my center manager four times since I filled out the form and he keeps "forgetting" to submit it

Where I am, it is supposed to be selected at the time of vacation selections whether you want paid for it or time off.

They do not have to cash it out during the year if it was not specified in November during the vacation selections.

And is that like a normal check where you can grieve it for being late?

If they agreed to cash it out sometime during the year, you can grieve it if they keep forgetting to turn it in.

Penalty pay may be a different story.
