I was in a meeting that featured a manager who was trying to "teach" us how it was possible to get every employee to admit that every accident/injury was somehow their fault. </p><p>after hearing this guy's speech I felt sick to my stomach and decided that "safety" at UPS is only about money and their relationship with Liberty Mutual. I'm absolutely positive that if OSHA was somehow eliminated UPS would eliminate every safety measure the next day.
