Over eight is simple time and a half.

You cannot pyramid overtime.

Never worked overtime on a holiday. In fact this day only became a regular delivery day a couple years ago. Wow,

Since you cant be bothered finding out from coworkers,

IN CENTRAL 8HRS HOLIDAY AND DOUBLE TIME ALL DAY.

Triple for first 8hrs, double for rest of day. But, unless you are in Central, that info is useless.
