Package delayed because of mechanical issues... any insight?

Hey guys, first off thanks for all your help. You guys are always professional and a pleasure to work with. Have a package that shipped out today... the scans now say flight delayed due to mechanical issues.... am kinda confused whether my package is still stuck in san diego and will simply ship out tomorrow with air packages.... or if it was late to KY and may just be late today. Generally do they just offload and keep things moving the same night? Anyone have any insight on this situation?

Generally it will be loaded onto another plane and will go with a slight delay. Not likey to sit for a whole day.

* here is my tracking if anyone can give me any further insight a couple of friends who ordered from the same ebay seller said their packages were delayed too but they live in different parts of the country. Makes me wonder if it was delayed in san diego or in kentucky on the incoming plane? any insight would be helpful

I think the last scan was the last shift for the night. 2:23am. They should ship it today on the first plane headed in your direction. Discounting anything wrong with the package itself, as I have no idea what you shipped.

It is in Louisville. That is the finest air hub in the country. I am pretty sure they are working very hard to get your package to you. You are what keeps us going. A happy customer is a repeat customer!

I am pretty sure they are working very hard to get your package to you. You are what keeps us going. A happy customer is a repeat customer!

Plus delivering the package by having the plane crash into the customers house would be bad. Safety first is our motto.

I'm not sure if we do or not. I called ups this morning and apparently almost all of the overnight packages coming out of that area were delayed. It wasn't one specific UPS store so I imagine quite a few people had delays

I'm experiencing this same issue today. The worst part is I drove from PA to New york to install my system. Currently, I'm in limbo; any chance its' coming later?

It would help us if you provide the tracking number of the package so that we can get an updated tracking status.

Rockford has a spare plane. so worst case is plane left a little late while they unloaded broke plane and reloaded spare.

No. They made service. Just ask the call center.
