Wasn't told a answer on personal time available. I was told I get 5 paid vacation days after a year and was wondering if I get any paid personal time? Also, where can I get a copy or download the ups handbook?

Teamsters. Org and make sure you get the right regional supplemental also. It varys by region what you get as far as sick or personal days.
