I won't bore you with the details, suffice it to say, for about 3 years I left home Monday morning (sometimes Sunday night) and did not return home until Friday night or Saturday morning. I know other managers who have been doing that schedule for more than 10 years. I am guessing as frustrating as things get in your job, as long as the hours might be, at the end of the day you get to go home to your family. </p><p></p><p>Bottom line is there are no easy jobs at UPS, and ALL of our jobs are going to get tougher in the next year in this economy. </p><p></p><p>It is silly and ignorant for any of us, hourly or management, to assume the other side has an easy job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
