4 year anniversary under the extension?

Saint, it looks like you posted the correct word for word language from the master. I think if you are hired May 15, 2011 you will get your cola close to May 15, 2015 when your 4 year progression is up. A full-time driver hired May 15, 2011 under the 3 year progression would get the cola May 15, 2014. The 4 year example is a part-timer.
