Part Time Pre-Load Seniority List

Is management supposed the post an updated seniority list every 3 months? We have not had one posted since last December a couple other pre-loaders and I have said something but they just keep brushing it under the rug.

Article 3 section 4 of central says they must be posted and updated quarterly

I went to the steward, then the ft sup, then the manager. It was done shortly thereafter. We are do for another one as well.
