pay code p59 or p60

  1. when I work preload I put p60 in my board for loading the pre load sup changes it to p59, does that reflect my pay.....

    If you are a bonus driver, it sure does. Sort and load time kills sups numbers. He cant change your hourly wage, but it does affect your dispatch

    Those pay codes are based on employee effort, with the higher number for those who work harder.

    I think your other work codes should be for the work that was performed. Your hourly rate should be your regular or overtime rate that you currently make. Are you a seniority driver who is working preload in addition to driving a full route?

  6. Yes I have a bid route, I also preload and I go on my route with 130-150 stops, I work about 12 to 12.4 everyday.... unless I just preload
