Pay rate?

Does the pay stay the same if you were to move to different position. Is there such thing as locked in pay?
I am assuming you are a new hire PT package handler here. For you there are two rates. Skilled and unskilled. Skilled pays an extra dollar an hour after you gain seniority. There is a list of skilled and unskilled jobs in your center or hub.

Useless union can't even keep your pay. Unbelieve

They might be able to if you actually speak with them about it.

They're not omnipresent, man-- they don't witness us get :censored2:ed over every single time it happens and jump in to save the day. Communication is key, brother Doug, and I'm assuming you haven't communicated this question to your union rep's because... well... you're asking us. Normally people bring questions like this on here when they're too nervous/stressed/anxious to ask a person they actually know a question concerning something they consider important.

Light 'em up!
Going from friend/T PC Driver at top rate to 22.3 can cut your pay $5/hr or roughly $200 a week .
22.3 jobs pay less than package driver jobs. Each job classification may have a separate pay rate, drivers, 22.2, 22.3 clerks etc. You are the one choosing to take the pay cut. You don't have to unless you are bumping do to layoff.
