Pay rates/raises at FedEx

Hi all. I'm a current employee of UPS and I was wondering what the pay scale was for package handlers at FedEx. For example, what hourly pay does one start at? Is it higher for different shifts? How do raises work? Does one get yearly/anniversary raises like at UPS? Also, is there a cap on the wage?

I have started with FedEx EXPRESS, about 1 1/2 months ago. I make 12.25 /hr.

Starting pay varies based on location. Morning Preload tends to make a little more than unload (at least in my district). Raises are at 1 month, 3 months, 9 months, 1 year, and yearly up to at least 4 years. This is for ground/hd, I can't speak to Express; I've never worked there.
