I'm working about 24hrs/week as a driver helper and typically less than 10hrs on my twilight shift as a loader. My supervisor is cool with me coming in late and typically sends me home if they're staffed. My question is do the hours I work as a helper count towards my PT yearly pension credited hours or only the hours I work on my designated twilight shift? Also do OPD, Vacations & Sick days count as accredited hours?

All hours worked up to 40 per week count.

  3. Is it that simple?

If I worked less than 40 hours this week, but had a 10 hour day one day, do those 2 OT hours count?

How are you working as a driver helper now? It's not Christmas season.

Always heavy is great, how does the union allow helpers during non-peak months??? If its always heavy shouldn't they be adding full time driving positions?
