Not sure what your point is? Bad packaging is UPS's doing? I figure they had the CDs created and hired an outside firm for packaging and handling. I really doubt UPS had much to do with the design of the mailer other than what info would be printed.

I suppose my point is this: UPS expects "perfection" from us, the employees, yet can't check behind an out-sourced package's appearance before authorizing its shipment to thousands of employees?
