I go to UPSers.com and go to retirement section and use the calculator. You get to a different website, but you enter in info about when you want to retire, and based on current contract will tell you how much you'll receive.

the calculator is only an estimate. Usually close but frequently off a few dollars.

If a few dollars will make or break you, then you need to work a couple years more.

You can write to Atlanta to get pension statement but I don't think its available online
