Pension?

Wages should be like the pension. I'm sorry but you can not give me any good reason to why our wages are basically the same no matter where you live. If you have lived and worked in a location where your cost of living is less than half of the high cost areas, than you not only have been in a much better position to save and invest but more obviously don't need as much.

I believe that sooner than later we will see a regional pay scale that mirrors the pension setup.
