the contract states you can notify ups before payout if you want to use a PH the week after Xmas and get paid when it is used instead of being paid out like a bonus. My center manager told me this morning that UPS cannot stop the payout. Anyone got any info on this? He also told me he could let me know 8 days out if he could guarantee it. Only problem is no one has ever done this at our center. By the contract no one would be able to put in for a PH if they did not notify UPS before payout which is next wed. He told me they were looking to see who had days left so I'm wondering if he will recruit his senior untouchable drivers to bump me off. If so, what could I file for that???
