Hey there Trick, now that was such a chilling, theatrical rant, I almost mistook it for one of mine I reside in a state where hunting is nearly a prereqisite for citizenship, and while there certainly are some rotten apples I can assure you that the typical sportsman in these parts don't engage in the practice for some sort of twisted adrenaline rush. A clear majority of the group are humane, level-headed and often much more in tune and sympathetic to the various threats and struggles that animals have to overcome in order to sustain survival than anybody belonging to PETA could ever hope to be. Not all baseball players behave like Jose Canseco. Not every religious person behaves like Pat Robertson. Certainly not every UPS driver stuffs his damn garage full of items that he stole from his route on the Gurnee Mills shopping mall...Yeah that's right scumbag. I'm still pissed as hell at you for that! I'd agree that PETA goes way over the top. The last time I had come across some of them here they were having a meeting at...you'll never guess...a MacDonalds chowing down on Big Macs and hamburgers. Where do they think the meat at the restaurant or in the grocery store comes from, for goodness sake?
