Well, back in those days, when I'd see that center manager just lose it and make all kind of remarks that were unprofessional in front of drivers, I saw it as weakness and immaturity. He, undoubtedly, felt his actions were "in defense" of himself. The most powerful center mangers were those that one couldn't push into losing it, screaming or making unprofessional remarks that would haunt them later. Dusty I really wish you would read back through the thread with an objective perspective. I think I took quite a few shots without retaliating. You're trying to hold me to a different standard then the guy firing the shots. I'm not on duty here. I'm another poster that should be shown the same courtesy. Note the smiley face at the end of this post to signify the fact that not only am I not yelling and screaming but i'm not even mildly perturbed.
