Do you understand the concept of excessive use of force? The lady was clearly on the ground defenseless while he was pounding her head. That video was eerily similar to the Rodney king beating. If that man didn't step in he probably would've killed her.

No it doesn't. Beating someone till near death is not necessary in any case. Rodney was not fighting back and neither was this lady.
