I have been enforcing the double time for sups working to the minute. It's been adding up. Since January 3rd it has been my goal to file 5 grievances a day.

hopefully the company won't set a goal of 5 discharges per day in response. Your little quota system is in direct violation of the spirit of the contract. If someone is getting a warning letter for being one minute late its not their only lateness. Your job in this case is to counsel the person to come to work on time. Retaliation by upping the grievances is a violation of NLRB just as it would be if the company now retaliates against your campaign and takes action against you or the grievants for filing. you should now file a grievance against yourself.
