I have delivered a PO pkg only once and it was by accident. I didn't catch it as being a PO pkg. When we del PO pkg the diad prompts "is this a PO or an approved del. location?". I would think that this would give us the option of del. to actual rcv. The exception to that is if the actual addr is a PO BOX.
Of course in most cases I would break off to get to PO in time, but we have one rte that is impossible to do that. That PO gets del to an alternate del location everytime they get pkgs. I hadn't thought of del. it to the home but I guess it doesn't matter in this case.
