I have no doubt he felt the same way as you. Dogs are good people.

Been there done that I feel ya. Nothing like a dogs love for his owner and vice versa. Best thing to do is go out and give another animal the same love you dedicated to him. Helps ease the pain and get you through the grieving process for real. It sucks I wish dogs could live as long as we could, that would be super cool for real lol.
